Llego a este foro depues de mudarme a este pais recientemente....Soy medio gogrin y latinoamericano. No me introduzco con nombre pero mi nombre de usuario es un mix de mi nombre de verdad :'D Tengo 32 anios. Me mude a Lima por trabajo y estoy recontra feliz con la gente la comida y el estilo de vida que tienen ustedes aca...
He tenido armas desde los 15 anios. Soy fiel a las Sigs y los Kimbers. He tenido una P232, una P220 SAO, y ahora estoy haciendo tramites para conseguir una G19 9mm...

Bienvenido al foro tdp.com, pro tenencia legal de armas de fuego de uso civil. Espero sea acogedor y de utilidad para tu persona. No es necesario que proporciones tu nombre, pero ayudaria que proprociones tu nacionalidad. Entiendo que tu interes son las armas cortas en general y tambien su uso en  defensa personal.

Te sugiero leer el reglamento del foro en cuanto a los objetivos del foro y en cuanto a normas de conviviencia se refiere, antes de que empieces a postear.

Luego puedes empezar a postear para satisfacer cualquier curiosidad o duda que tengas, quizas te puede interesar los procediminetos para solicitar la licencia de defensa personal, no se si en tu caso quizas sea posible acceder a una tarjeta verde (9 mm Luger), no te lo puedo asegurar, pero de repente algun compañero forista que haya ido por discamec nos pueda decir si es el caso o no. Por otro lado seria bueno que tambien le des un vistazo a la seccion de las leyes de armas, para familiarizarte con los procediminetos para sacar a licencia y repasar los principios de la legitima defensa. have you ever been hit by a 380 at 10 yards or even a 9mm, u will be dead for sure, everybody in this forum uses 380 or 38 spl because of law , only a few can use 9mm or 40 with shoting sport liscense. and these are no bird calibers.  The p232 is 380 . Exelent carry piece.

You will find  the g19 a little bulky, i use to own one .

Good Luck with the liscense for that one, you have a to pull a lot of strings here for that caliber and the public entity is a total caos.

Never been hit by anything TG,  but the security people who I work with pretty much all say its worthless if you have a coked out junkie coming at you. They all recommended the biggest cal I could legally find. The glock19 I purchased through a Peruvian Foe who bought it and is transferring it to my name. He offered me a G23, which I turned down because of .40SW ammo availability and involved bribing and under the table dirty work that Im not too fond of.

The g19 will do ok, its very portable and 4" barrell have great ballistics for the 9mm. I most a Beretta man, i carry an M9 , i am tall and slim so it doesnt bother me . Best ammo here for 9 is the sellier & bellot which can be bought at www.limaguns.com .
I has nice blackhawk parts too. In the other hand you can purchase remis o winchester at www.armasperu.con  which are usa`s practice loads but work ok, the european ammo is little more agreesive.
